Horticulture Notes

The Horticulture Committee of Lewes In Bloom (LIB) is responsible for planning, purchasing, scheduling, planting and maintenance of all LIB containers, in-ground plantings and seasonal Holiday greens. The Committee organizes distribution to sites for planting; designs landscapes when needed; oversees watering; recommends new planting locales.
