Join Lewes in Bloom!

Being a part of Lewes in Bloom is a rewarding experience. Our organization can only be successful through the contributions of our members and sponsors. Membership dues, donations and sponsorships fund our work. Members are valued as Lewes in Bloom volunteers. Lewes in Bloom was established in 2002 to promote and maintain the beauty of Historic Lewes.  We are a totally volunteer group of 200+ members who weed, plant, craft, teach, mentor, learn, socialize and educate.  We are a component of the Greater Lewes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community organization.

There are currently over a twenty-seven locations throughout Lewes where Lewes in Bloom members volunteer their time and energy toward the beautification of Lewes.

Our organization also holds various fund raising activities throughout the year that are designed and implemented by volunteers.

Lewes in Bloom holds monthly meetings (except in August and January) at the Lewes Library. During most meetings, there is a presentation by local experts covering many topics of interest. Lewes in Bloom members receive a 10% discount on many items at East Coast Garden Center, Millsboro, Wharton’s Garden Center, Rehoboth and Deanna’s, Second St. Lewes.
