August 2017 Awardees Robert Kovalcik and Bob Howard

Lewes in Bloom (LIB) is pleased to announce that its Beauty Spot Award was given to Robert Kovalcik and Bob Howard of Ocean View Blvd, Lewes. The overall design of this garden is relaxed elegance. A beautiful pool is the center of the design with a mix of perennials, annuals, and beautiful trees and shrubs with constant color throughout the year. All areas of the property are planted from the front following a path to the backyard, while old fashioned roses line the walkway. Large pots of artistically arranged flowers flank the front door and pool area.
